About DriveGood AI

DriveGood AI was built by people who market vehicles for dealers every day. It has one job: helping dealerships sell vehicles, from the first listing to the moment a ready buyer walks onto the lot.

It launched in October 2024 and now runs behind everything Drive Good does for the dealers it works with.

Who built it

Founded in Laval, Quebec, on May 24, 2022, Drive Good is a marketing agency that works only with vehicle dealers. The team has 14 people, and the office is in Laval. Most of the dealers it serves are in Quebec, from Montreal and Laval to Saint-Jérôme and beyond, and in Ontario. Drive Good also works with dealers across Canada and the United States, including Florida, and meets dealers in person in Quebec and Ontario.

Its clients are used and independent dealers, franchise dealers, and RV and powersports dealers. DriveGood AI is mainly for car dealers, and it works for every kind of vehicle dealer: cars, pickup trucks, trucks and commercial vehicles, RVs and travel trailers, motorcycles, powersports, boats and auto parts.

Why Drive Good built its own AI

DriveGood AI was built to fix three problems dealers run into every week:

• Buyers write when the lot is closed. Evenings and weekends are when many people shop, and their messages wait until morning.
• Listings go stale. A vehicle posted once and left alone fades from view while its price and details change.
• Teams don't have the time. Posting, filming, writing and answering every message doesn't fit around selling.

General AI assistants don't know a dealership's vehicles or its rules. So Drive Good built an AI that works from each vehicle's real details, never negotiates a price, never shares private information and passes serious buyers to the team. What it does today

• Listings. Posts and manages vehicles on Facebook Marketplace, Facebook groups, your Facebook page, Instagram, Meta shops, TikTok, Google and your website.
• Descriptions and videos. Writes every description and creates vehicle videos from your photos or footage.
• Buyer replies. Answers in Messenger, on Marketplace and on your Facebook page, day or night, in English, French or Spanish.
• Qualification, booking and follow-up. Asks about trade-in, financing, budget and timing, books test drives and follows up by text and email.
• Reviews and reports. Replies to Google reviews and shows which vehicles and channels bring leads and sales.

How dealers get it

DriveGood AI is never sold separately. Dealers get it as part of the Drive Good package, which also covers Facebook Marketplace, ads, reputation management, a dealer website and the Drive Good DMS. Dealers never log in to it: they see leads in their DMS or CRM, booked test drives and reports. It starts with a 20-minute demo using the dealer's own vehicles.
