The dealership
Action Chevrolet Buick GMC is a franchise dealership on Chemin de Chambly in Saint-Hubert, on Montreal's South Shore. It sells new Chevrolet, Buick and GMC vehicles alongside pre-owned and certified pre-owned vehicles. Under the same roof, its website lists sales, service, parts and financing departments, a tire centre and a body shop. Action Chevrolet Buick GMC has been a Drive Good client from Drive Good's first days.
The challenge
A dealership with three brands and two sides to its lot gets very different messages through the same channels. On one evening, the Facebook page can receive a question about a new GMC pickup, another about a pre-owned compact SUV, a financing question about a Buick, and a message that has nothing to do with buying a vehicle at all.
Each of those belongs to someone different. The new-vehicle team, the pre-owned team and the person who handles financing all need different information, and a buying question that sits in a shared inbox behind unrelated messages loses time it can't get back.
How DriveGood AI handles it
DriveGood AI works from the details of each vehicle, new or pre-owned. When a buyer writes from a listing, it knows which vehicle the message is about: the brand, the model, whether it's new or pre-owned. It answers right away in Messenger, on Marketplace or on the Facebook page, in the buyer's language, and sends the photos and videos the buyer asks for.
Then it qualifies the buyer with the same four questions every time: trade-in, financing, budget and timing. The lead that reaches the dealership's CRM isn't a bare "Is this still available?". It names the vehicle and carries the buyer's answers and the full conversation, so it can be picked up by the right team without anyone reading it twice. Buyers who need financing reach the person who handles financing with their budget and trade-in already known.
Questions DriveGood AI can't answer from a vehicle's details go to the team rather than getting a guess.
The dealership decides who answers buyers: DriveGood AI, a person, or both. Reports by vehicle and by channel then show which vehicles and channels bring leads and sales, for each side of the lot.
What buyers experience
A buyer asking about a new pickup gets an answer about that pickup, from its real details, the same evening. They're asked a few simple questions instead of a long form. When someone from the dealership calls back, it's the person who handles that kind of vehicle or that question, and they already know what the buyer asked.
DriveGood AI never negotiates a price and never shares private information. Price discussions stay with the sales team.
