The dealership
Auto Devenzo is based on Rue Dubois in Saint-Eustache, northwest of Montreal. It sells high-end pre-owned vehicles, along with recreational and marine vehicles, and also sells vehicles on consignment. Its website is in French and English, and it also runs an auto spa in Rosemère. Auto Devenzo has been a Drive Good client from Drive Good's first days.
The challenge
High-end vehicles and recreational units draw buyers from farther away than a typical used car does. Someone looking for a particular sports car, a boat or a powersports unit will drive across the region, or further, for the right one. Those buyers don't all write in the same language. In the Montreal area, a dealership hears from buyers who write in French and buyers who write in English, often about the same vehicle on the same day, and some buyers would rather write in Spanish.
When the person on shift only writes comfortably in one or two of those languages, the other buyer waits, or gets an answer that reads like a translation. For an expensive vehicle, a clumsy first reply is enough to make a buyer look elsewhere.
How DriveGood AI handles it
DriveGood AI answers each buyer in the language they write in: French, English or Spanish. The whole conversation stays in that language, from the first answer about the vehicle to the questions about trade-in, financing, budget and timing, up to a booked visit. Nobody on the team has to translate.
The answers come from the vehicle's details, which matters for this kind of vehicle: trim and options on a sports car, engine hours and trailer on a boat. What isn't in the details goes to the team rather than getting a guess, and the buyer is told so.
The same applies around the conversation. DriveGood AI writes each vehicle's description from its details for the platforms and languages the dealership uses, and replies to Google reviews in the language each reviewer used.
Every conversation is saved with the lead in the dealership's DMS or CRM, in the buyer's own words, so whoever calls back knows which language to use.
What buyers experience
A buyer who writes in Spanish gets an answer in Spanish. A buyer who writes in French gets French, and one who writes in English gets English. The reply reads like it was written for them, not run through a translator, and it's about the vehicle they asked about.
DriveGood AI never negotiates a price and never shares private information. Those conversations stay with the Auto Devenzo team.
